Join us for a day of planting native trees and shrubs in Richmond Hill! Get your hands dirty and help grow the urban forest. 

Participants must be 12 years of age or older. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Planting events will take place from 11:00AM – 1:00PM AND 2:00PM – 4:00PM. Register for one or both!

Please wear:

  • Closed-toe shoes or boots - no sandals, please!
  • Gardening gloves, if you have them (we will have extras) 
  • Appropriate clothing – the event runs rain or shine

Please bring multiple filled water bottles (there will be no water refill station on site).

Participation is limited. Registration is required and closes Thursday, 23 September, 11:59PM. No day of/walk-in sign ups.

This event will be in accordance with all municipal and provincial COVID-19 guidelines.
