Want to help grow Oshawa’s urban forest? Join LEAF in celebrating 30 years of tree planting for some family-friendly fun planting native trees and shrubs in Conlin Meadows Park. Get outside this spring and give back to nature!
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Planting event will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Please wear:
- Closed-toed shoes or boots – no sandals, please!
- Gardening gloves, if you have them (we will have extras)
- Appropriate clothing – the event runs rain or shine
All LEAF events count toward secondary school volunteer hour requirements.
