Tree Planting

Help LEAF celebrate 30 years of tree planting by joining us for an afternoon of fun planting native trees and shrubs in Meander Park. Bring your friends and family to lend a helping hand in improving Richmond Hill’s urban forest!

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Planting event will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Join Forests Canada and LEAF as we kick off Earth Week by planting native trees and shrubs in Meander Park. Help us grow the urban forest in Richmond Hill. All ages welcome!

Join us for an evening of tree planting at the Township of King Municipal Building in King City. Go home with your own native shrub to plant in your yard (while supplies last). All ages welcome for this family-friendly event!
