Join us for a guided walk around the Bill Fisch Forest Stewardship and Education Centre in Whitchurch-Stouffville!

This nature walk will explore the important role trees play in conserving water and building climate-resilient communities! Walk away with tips on how to conserve water in your own backyard and identify key tree species in your neighbourhood.

Registration Required

This nature walk will take place outside the Bill Fisch Forest Stewardship and Education Centre, which is designed to be accessible to people of all physical abilities and has accessible washrooms available.

Outside the building, the site is designed to also meet and exceed the standards of the Access for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), including wheelchair-accessible parking and classroom areas, as well as a specially designed 1 km trail that is graded and regularly cleared.

For accessibility questions, please contact Natasha[at]yourleaf.org.

This event is supported by the Regional Municipality of York.
