Dig into the fun and help us grow Vaughan’s urban forest! Celebrate LEAF’s 30th Anniversary with a family-friendly afternoon planting native trees and shrubs in McClure Meadows Park.
LEAF events count toward secondary school volunteer hour requirements. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Planting event will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Parking available in the St. Angela Merici Catholic Elementary School lot.
Please wear:

Closed-toed shoes or boots – no sandals, please!

Gardening gloves, if you have them (we will have extras)

Appropriate clothing – the event runs rain or shine
